Donation Terms

Donations are voluntary charitable contributions to Claremont Creative Improvement Foundation. CCIF does not provide goods or services in exchange for donations through this website. Tax deductibility depends on donor circumstances; donors should consult their own tax advisor.

Refunds and Disputes

Charitable donations are generally final. If a donation was made by mistake, duplicated, or unauthorized, contact CCIF within 30 days with the donation date, amount, donor name, and receipt email. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and, when approved, are returned to the original payment method. Donors may also contact their card issuer about unauthorized charges.

Monthly Donation Cancellation

Monthly donors may cancel future charges at any time through the Manage monthly donation link on this website or by contacting CCIF. Cancellation stops future monthly charges. Completed prior donations are not automatically refunded.

Returns and Shipping

No physical goods are sold, shipped, or returned through this website.

Donations must comply with applicable law and payment network rules. CCIF may decline or refund donations it cannot lawfully accept. There are no export restrictions because this site does not deliver goods, software, or technical data.
